ROLE OF YCB

 

  1. Having immediate responsibility for managing its own Project intervention;
  2. Maintain regular lines of communication with the TB ALERT INDIA ;
  3. Being responsible and accountable for implementing the planned activities of its Project     intervention as they are formally approved  by TB ALERT INDIA;
  4. Following a decorum to respect the confidentiality of its clients ;
  5. Respecting the rights of Privacy of its clients ;
  6. Assisting its clients to have access to information and the support needed to protect themselves from HIV-TB and improve their overall health status ;
  7. Being responsible for collecting and processing the information about its Project intervention and sending the required programme plans, progress and financial reports in time to TB ALERT INDIA;
  8. Preparing and submitting the required budgets to TBAI.
  9. Submit the project performance reports (Qualitative & Quantitative) on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual basis on the agreed formats with respect to the guidelines of TBAI.
  10. Send Monthly interesting case studies/event reports with Photographs to TBAI for information, record and for Publication.
  11. Fulfilling any other obligations and complying with any other instruction relating to the Project, which the APSACS and TB Alert UK may reasonable require.
