YCB was adjudged as best voluntary organization by the district administration Srikakulam, for several times during 1985 – 1992.
   
 
YCB was awarded as best voluntary youth organization in the year 1992 – 1993 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of Youth Affairs.
   
 
Nehru Yuva Sangathan, New Delhi awarded Rs. 20,000/- cash award and scroll for its outstanding work done in the field of Rural Development and adjudged as best voluntary organization in the year 1993 – 1994.
   
 
National Defense Academy officials visited and reviewed the efforts put by YCB at grass root level for the empowerment of village communities twice and in view of the good work done by YCB they awarded a memento in significance of its work.
   
 
YCB is a network partner of Sri Seva Samakya, a network of NGOs in Srikakulam district and a member NGO in CNRI, New Delhi.
   
 
The activities undertaken by YCB were published in Kurukshetra and several Magazines and in several daily newspapers and telecasted in media channels like TV9, ETV, NTV, etc.
   
 
His Excellency the Governor of Andhra Pradesh awarded Merit Certificate and Gold Coated Silver Medal for recognition of outstanding performance in the field organization of blood donation camps and membership enrollment for Indian Red Cross Society for the year 2006-07
